【SN-103A】

1)概 要 General Description

SN-103A はダイアタッチ用に特に开発された、特殊な一液性シリコーン树脂です。
SN-103A  is one component special liquid type silicone resin designed especially to compatible with adhesive for die .

2)特 徴 Advantages

①  一液性のため、工程の合理化に有効である。
It is one component liquid type and has excellent storage stability for easy handling.
② イオン性不纯物が少なく、耐电食性が低い。
As the content of ionic impurities is very slight, electrolytic corrosion is very low.
③ 耐热性、耐湿性、接着性に优れている。
It has excellent adhesive strength, humidity resistance, and electrical properties.

3)硬化条件<推奨＞ Curing Condition＜Recommen t;
100℃/1hr+150℃/2hrs或170℃/2hrs

６)  取扱い上の注意事项 Caution of Handle

・ 一液性树脂のため、低温(-20℃以下)で保管して下さい。
Please keep in the cold storage. (below -20℃)
・ ご使用の际は、树脂温度が室温になったのを确认后、ご使用下さい。
Please check the resin temperature is same as R.T. before using.
・ 解冻した树脂は、なるべく速くご使用ください。
Please use the melted resin as soon as possible.
・ その他、取扱い上の安全については、MSDSをご参照下さい。
