NXT Series High Speed- 4 colour Flexographic Printing Machine

Feature：

1. The frame adopts 75MM thick wall, full casting flat plate, increase the scale and so on to enhance the stability.

2. The printing roller is made of thickened steel bars, with 10 silk thick hard chrome protective layer.

3. The aluminum alloy guide wheel, with hard oxidation, dynamic balance, static balance treatment.

4. High-precision wider synchronous belt drive, low noise while high speed running, low vibration, makes machine more stable.

5.The plate roller gear, adopts special helical gear transmission. Each tooth 5MM, more stable printing effect, and more accurate printing length .

高速6色柔版印刷机

特点：

1.机身采用75MM加厚墙板，全铸件平板地盘，加大秤杆等增强机身稳定性。

2.承印辊采用加大加厚钢棍，并电镀10丝厚的硬铬保护层抛光处理。

3.铝合金导轮进行硬质氧化、动平衡、静平衡处理。

4.高精度加宽同步带传动，机器高速运转时低噪音，低震动让机器更稳定。

5.版辊齿轮采用特制斜齿轮传动，每个齿印刷长度5MM，印刷效果更稳定，印刷长度更精确。
