Rapid temperature thermocouples used to measure the temperature of the molten steel and high temperature molten metal, is a one-time consumption-type thermocouple. Its working principle is based on the metal thermoelectric effect, the use of a thermocouple at both ends of the temperature difference between the electric measurement of molten steel and high temperature of molten metal.

The structure of the thermocouple, it is mainly by the temperature puppet heads and paper tubes.Puppet heads, positive and negative dual wire welding in the compensation wire, wear compensating lead wire embedded in the stent, the stent coat a small paper tube, the thermocouple wire to the quartz support and protection. Outermost fitted with a cap, all components of the anti-residue concentrated load dump adhesion to the refractory filler to form a whole, rather than removable, it is a one-time use.

1, according to the measurement object and scope, select the appropriate protection for the length of the paper tube and the applicable temperature gun.
