General Description:
White flakes sodium hydroxide is obtained from sodium hydroxide -technical grade. It is a solid white, hygroscopic, odorless substance. White flakes sodium hydroxide is easily dissolves in water, with heat release. The product is soluble in methyl and ethyl alcohols.
Application:
- used in production of soaps,detergents, inorganic salt and water electrolysis
- used as bleaching powder in paper making and cotton processing,
- used in production of alumina, dyes, plastics, textiles and printing
- used in manufacturing synthetic fabrics such as rayon, artificial silk
- used in acid neutralization and petroleum refining
