Tatami introduction

1.structure:backing is made of 40cm wheat straw be compressed to 5cm in thickness,the materials are cleaned by braising and fuming, the surface is covered with woven rushes,both sides are stitched up with colored braid, fixed with high grade decorative mat.

2.specifition:the most length is 200cm,the most wideth is 95cm,the thickness is 3.5,4.0,4.5,5.0cm.

3.purpose:it is used in Japanese houses as a floor covering usually,replaces the mattress and become the major component of a new way of sleeping,it is also used as judo mat toxophilitic target and chair mat and buddhist mat etc.
