Product introduction

since 2013 ,our company begin use the only a fully automated wear-resistant steel rod tempering production line. Using advanced temperature control device and the matching of heat treatment equipment, selection of independent research and development of special wear-resistant material,making the hardness of the products high 45-55HRC, curvature is less than 1.5mm/m, dense bainite+pearlite and carbides can not broken droping more than 15000times from3.5m, Compared with the non quenched and tempered steel ,quenched and tempered consumption can be decreased by about 40%.

Currently, grinding rod most come from the direct production on the market, due to its low hardness, surface HRC only 12-25; round steel internal stress did not remove; internal organization of round steel loose not tight and so on, round steel used for grinding rod will wear large, prone to bending and fracture, winding, tapering at both ends, low yield, can not reach the expected pass rate, follow-up magnetic separation link workload and other issues.

 Excellent properties

 (1) Low abrasion, high hardness (45-55HR), strong toughness, the wear resistant effect is 1.5-2 times higher than that of rolled steel bars, after quenching and tempering lifted the internal stress, keep stick, good straightness no bending bar, not tapering at both ends. Good wear resistance, saving a lot of cost for customers.

(2) Using the latest methods of production, size specifications can be adjusted according to customer's demand, flexibility is greatly improved, removal unnecessary waste.

(3)Extend the service life, saving the cost, reducing the labor of workers, also greatly increased the output.
