Black Salt ( Kala Namak )

This is a very special edible salt product that has a unique taste of salt.

The color of this salt is not really black as the name s ests, it has a deep purple color. Black salt is a top priority for vegetarians and is mostly used in salads and fruit dressings. Many people believe that the taste of black salt is similar to the taste of hard boiled eggs. Coarse black salt crystals can also be poured into a simple table salt grinder and grinded directly on the dishes for a fresh taste.
