Electrolytic tinplate is a thin steel sheet coated by tin that has an extremely beautiful metallic luster and good corrosion resistance, it has certain strength and hardness in good formability and easy to weld or deep draw, and the tin layer is non-toxic and tasteless, by proper tin coating and steel surface milling, it has the stone or bring finish ,which adhere to inks to bring a beautiful printing outlook to the cans.
Our company is one the few steel mills that make tinplate from steel making, hot rolling, pickling, cold rolling , continuous annealing, tinplating process in China, the tinning line is and major machinery is imported from Germany, Japan and USA.. With the expertise in making steel, we enhance the excellent quality from base steel composition, mechanic property to uniform surface. Currently the company can produce and supply 200,000 metric tons of tinplate coil and sheets in T415CA and T435CA, it is widely used in food and beverage canning industries.
