GALX-9558 Phenol ester type antioxidant

Product introduction

GALX-9558 is a Phenol ester type of compound, which is an excellent antioxidant for lubricating oils.It can inhibit the generation of carbon deposits in the upper pistons, especially in the first and second ring grooves of heavy duty diesel engines.

Excellent antioxidation property, obviously decrease the carbon deposits on the pistons of internal combustion engines.

Good solubility in mineral ester base oils

More effective when combining with aromatic amine antioxidants.

Application

Used for preparing medium and high grade internal combustion engine oils, recommended dosage: 0.2-0.8%

Use for preparing steam turbine oils, air compressor oils, metal working fluids and anti-wear hydraulic oils, recommended dosage: 0.1-0.15%

Use for preparing grease, recommended dosage: 0.1-0.8%

Packing: 200 liter metal drum (net weight: 200kg/drum)

Shelf Life:2 years, stored in dry, clean and well ventilated warehouses, lower than 50°C. Avoid contact with strong oxidant.
