The intelligent motor soft starter is a new type of starting equipment produced by power electronics technology, microprocessor technology and modern control theory technology. The control core is microprocessor DSP. This microprocessor control system can start and protect the motor. The DSP microprocessor performs phase trigger control on the SCR to reduce the voltage applied to the motor, and then smoothly increases the motor torque by controlling the voltage and current applied to the motor until the motor accelerates to full speed operation. This starting mode can reduce the starting impulse current of the motor and reduce the impact on the power grid and the motor itself. At the same time, the mechanical impact on the mechanical load device attached to the motor is also reduced to extend the service life of the equipment and reduce failures and shutdowns. There are three starting modes: voltage mode, current limiting mode and straight starting mode.
