Johnson Screen 

Johnson Screens are made from V shaped profile wire, which is spirally wound around a cage of longitudinal support rods. Each intersecting point of these wires is fusion welded, with an unique welding process. The pitch of winding gives different spacing between two adjacent turns of wire. This spacing gives passage for water to enter. The entire process is completed on fully computerized machines. With a high open area by comparison with other screen media, this gives lower entrance velocities and higher flow rates through the screen. In the case of boring screens and pump suction screens, pumping costs are lower.

Johnson screen give continuous slot openings that widen inwardly. This makes the screen self-cleaning by allowing "near slot size" particles to pass through the screen rather than plug the opening. And the products are made by continuously winding a wrap wire onto a frame of support rods. This is done on precision built, electronically controlled machinery which ensures consistently high strength, precise slot openings and product durability.
 

Materials: stainless steel 302,304,316,304 L, 316L sieve wire or low carbon steel galvanization silk.
Outside diameter: 1.5", 2", 3", 4", 6", 8", 10", 12", 14" (20mm - 1000mm) .
Slot: 0.1 mm - 35mm deviation: + 0.05 mm.
Standard length: 50-6000mm.
End connections: Weld or threaded.
Grades: Different grades suitable for tube well depths upto 
 300  ft, 600 ft, 900 ft. and 1500 ft.
Sieve silk specification: 2.2x 3.0 mm, 2.3 * 3.0 mm, 3.0 * 4.6 mm, 3.0 * 5.0 mm, etc

Features:
