Operation Step:
1. Put waste poultry or animal excrements ( Organic fertilizer raw materials ) into the machine Stainless Steel Ferment Tank.
2. To adding 2% enzyme ( If raw materials is 300 Kg, enzyme add 6 Kg mixing with some water for solution ) into the organic fertilizer raw materials Tank, operate the machine power on button, the machine will automatic mixing and heating.
3. To be waiting the organic fertilizer raw materials ferment lead time, if the raw materials is 100% any animal excrements, then will finish all the ferment at 24 to
36 hours, if the raw materials is 70% vegetable or tree leaf waste, then will finish all the ferment on 3 – 5 days, the making machine will automatically control temperature, run mixing and stop the power.
4. Push the finished organic fertilizer cover and running the machine, the organic
fertilizer powder will automatic invert out to machine outside tank for package.
