Saimo's F57 Coal Feeder is specially designed for feeding fuel or biomass waste material into many types of fluidized bed biolers. Inresponse to today's increased demand for flexibility, we have designed a full line of coal feeders with belt width customized from 500mm to 1400mm, and belt length from 2 meters to 38 meters. The hermetically sealed housing fabricated from quality structural steel, is capable of withstanding up to 0.35Mpa explosion pressure.

Coal Feeder

Saimo coal feeders are designed for a wide range of applications with capaaities rated up to 300t/h, belt width from 500mm to 1400mm, and belt length up to 38m long. Extended belt lengths are aviailable and are subject to factory approval.

Several lamp are mounted in the feeder body, with easy external access only for bulb replacement.

Screw take-up devices are fixed outside the housing for belt tension adjustments, reducing belt slippage and misalignment.

Seal air flanged joint equipped on the housing.

All components designed for easy maintenance and sdjustment.

Optional connection drive types: direct coupling, chain driven, or shaft mounts.

Manual or electric inlet gate valve control is selectable.

Manual, pneumatic or electric discharge gate valve control selectable.

Customized inlet chutes arrangements are available for specific requirements.
