PET BOTTLE BEER FILLING MACHINE ADVANTAGE

• It adopts external long tube filling valve. CO₂ replaces air in the PET bottle so that the oxygen in the bottle is largely decreased.
• Elevating spraying nozzle realizes complete cleaning and water saving.
• The air conveyor connects with the bottle inlet device directly, and the transferring adopts the neck holding technology. According to this design, change parts are not needed for different bottles as long as the bottle neck is same.
• The liquid level and pressure in filling tank are controlled by level probe and fine adjusting valve separately.
• The CO₂ in the filling tank will be filled continuously to assure the pressure constant and high purity CO₂ back pressure.
• The capper is equipped with high pressure frothing device to decrease the air in the bottle neck to the smallest.
• The machine is equipped with centralized lubrication system. Each point could be lubricated automatically.
