This equipment is a dedicated lathe to process the internal and external base planes of "wheel steel-ring assembly". The two-way coordinate feed motion is this machine is driven by servo motor - precision ball screw and the servo motor is controlled by PLC programming, so that the positioning for control is accurate.
The motion of knife rest adopts reinforced ball screw and straight guide rail with coordination uniform and gapless, which successfully avoids vibration and deformation in the course of cutting. On the other hand, the linearity of its motion also ensure flatness of the processed parts.
