Structural Elements.
Hydraulic Cone Crusher mainly consist of frame, transmission device, eccentric shaft, bowl-shaped bearing, crushing cone, fixed cone, movable cone, adjusting device, adjusting set, hydraulic control system, hydraulic insurance system, dust-proof ring, separating material plate and hydraulic component of adjusting discharge opening.
Working Principle
Grooved wheel driven by the motor, forcing the eccentric shaft does periodic rotation under the axis line and making the surface of movable cone near or leave the surface of fixed cone from time to time. So that the material was broken in the chamber due to compression crushing and grinding. The insurance oil cylinder not only can perform the function of guarantee, but also can raise the hat rack and fixed cone and clean up the obstacle automatically with hydraulic pressure when the iron ore block up the machine or other jams. So it effectively reduced the repair rate and improved production efficiency.
