JZ5012 adopts national standard N220 melanin carbon black and special polyethylene PE resin and imported auxiliary agent, being made through high-energy water-cooling and air-cooling cutting. The content of the carbon black is 43%.
Appearance: 2.2*2.5 rounds and back object.
Application: Applicable to most kinds of thermal resin molding, plastic tablet pumping, sheet laminating, film blowing, wiring, piping and wire drawing technologies. It is environmental high density and high brightness black masterbatch.
Advantage: Environmental protective, free of poisoning, smelling and smoke, smooth and bright surface, stable color, and free of color spots or lines. It can reduce cost, save auxiliary agent and reduce pollution to the plant.
Usage: To evenly stir with raw material.
Dosage: Proposed dosage is 1% to 3% (according to requirements of the product).
