1. Structure feature and application
The pump is double suction horizontal installation, using bearing positioning and the two screws not contact each other in bushing. There is constant clearance between tooth (the clearance is decided by working situation and pump specification), also the clearance between excircle of screw and incircle of lining is constant. The two screws are both driven by synchromesh gear. There is independent lubrication in gear case and separate with pump working chamber.
The feature of this structure is to broaden the application scope of twin screw, that except pumping good lubricity medium also pump non-lubricating medium and various viscosity medium (max. 3*106mm/s). The core unit is safe to operate without lubrication for 3~5min due to barrels’ not contacting with each other. So the pump can delivery kinds of liquids including impure oils, chemicals and polymer materials. The pump can be used to delivery, pure, load oils in tank field and be used as fuel oil delivery pump, fuel oil jet pump and so on.
