Instruction Manual

A. Instruction

1. Apply to 200V/380V air compressor which is with magnetic starter or motor protector;
2. Without changing inner structure, controller can protect air compressor when it’s without oil.

B. Component

Plastic housing, oil cavity, indicator light, relay, floating ball, circuit board

C.  Working Principle

1. Air compressor works when oil is full filled and floating ball in oil cavity goes up. At this moment, green light is normally off.
2. Floating ball goes down when oil is reducing. If there is only 1/3 oil left, floating ball will stop air compressor. At this moment, green light is normally on, and red light begins flickering. Operator should switch off the electricity and fill in oil.

D. Installation

1. Set perpendicularly in the port of crankcase and gradient should be less than 5°.
2. The two red wires are power wires which are wired to two inlet wires of motor protector discretionary.
3. The two blue wires are controlling wires. One of the wires is connected to coil (A1) of ac contactor. Aother is connected to the switch of pressure switch.

E. Maintaining

1. In order to protect the sensitivity of floating ball, controller must be check and clean residuums in the oil cavity after working 1000 hours.
2. Change oil after cleaning oil cavity.

F. Notice

1. Must stop power when filling in oil.
2. Careful installation and taking off.
