4.Machine maintenance:
In addition to complying with general precast operation process specification, we still need to pay special attention to the following questions.
1)Taking use of hydraulic oil of # 20 quality, filtering often, replacement half a year.
2)Before using, must take the oil pump valve adjustment for during the guarantee its head shape size required pressure (30MPa).
3)After heading the head of steel wire, the steel wire is not easily to be removed. We can twist anchor ring unscrewing the laps. Making sure getting steel wire out make steel wire removed after another, will anchor ring screw.
4)Equip the clamping pieces according to their marks and clean frequently. Grease can be used after cleaning.
5)Put steel bar into the center of clamping piece.
