Working principle
2PLF series teeth-roller crusher is driven by electromotor(s) via reducer, two tooth-roller inward rotate synchronously in opposite directions. After material dropping from the inlet to crushing chamber,firstly is classified by the tooth-roller with tooth, those which is accepted would pass through the two rollers to the discharging trough,and the massive materialswould be crushed,cut, and then discharged in the discharging opening.
Structure and Features
2PLF type teeth-roller crusher is composed of electromotor, torque-limiting fluid coupling, connecting cover, reducer(s), toothed rollers, and the main body.
(1)Torque-limiting fluid coupling
It is used as connection between the electromotor and reducer, buffering the strike and vibration generated when starting, as well as over load protection.
(2)Connecting cover
It unites the electromotor and the reducer homocentrically, bearing weight of the motor, protecting the torque converter; Additionally, through the monitoring hole on the cover, working condition of the torque converter could be monitored.
(3)Tooth rollers
They are the key parts of crusher, spiral arrangement of teeth. The teethholders are assembled with the principal axis in dove-tail slots firmly, which strengthen the cutting power.. The two rollers discharge small size material, and crush the agglomerate ones. The teeth are made of several rare elements following special metallurgic prescription processed through quench heating, possessing high intensity, toughness, abrasive resistance, and long service life.
(4)Shaft coupling
That flexible jointed by polyurethane quincunx spring coupling greatly lightens strike and vibration from the rollers to reducers.
(5) Over load protector
Speed detecting sensor over load protection guarantee safe production. The senor is connected with PLC programmed control monitoring equipment. The electromotor can be manually reversed
to remove obstruc and prevent material being blocked. Distance control can be realized through PLC programmed controller, ie. The running condition can be monitored through control room.
