Our company has the CNC ,SLA,SLS ,UV,plastic injection mold and vacuum casting machines .
About the CNC machine , I think you know it , in our company it can process the plastic and metal materials .
Such as the plastic materials: ABS,PA+GF,POM,PA,PMMA,PC,PP and so on .
The metals materials :Aluminum ,copper,aluminum alloy ,stainless steel and so on .
And the maximum Machining: 1800×900×600mm ,the tolerance:100mm/±0.15mm .

SLA is a rapid prototyping process that creates a model from 3D data using a process known as stereolithography .
It build parts one layer of photosensitive resin before progressing to the next ,and the tolerance we can controlled to 100mm/±0.10mm .

Vacuum casting can be used for production runs or duplicate prototypes and models.Using the model or pieces produced via CNC,SLA or SLS and sculpture as a master mold a silicon rubber is made .This silicon rubber mold is then used via vacuum casting to produce accurate duplicates of the original products .The Maximum size is 1000mm×800mm×800mm ,and the the tolerance can be controlled ;100mm/±0.20mm .

Plastic injection mold is widely used for manufacturing a variety of parts, and in our company we used the easy mold ,that is use the duplication machine to produce products . Frist ,we use a prototype or model produced via CNC,SLA or SLS .
Second ,we put it in the silicone mould machine and it will produced a silicone mould .
Third ,we put the liquid material in the silicon mould and through the low-press perfusion to produce large products .
Another injection mold is that we make a steel mould according the 3D drawing and then  inject the plastic part .
The produce progress is similar to the easy mold
