The Series 2300 rotarty joint was made for use in coolant systems, and using lubricated ball bearings, rotation is safe. Using stainless parts greatly increases corrosion resistance. Stainless steel, in comparison to carbon graphite, allows for less perturbation and rotational resistance making very high RPM possible. KRS product has more outstanding durability because of using tungsten carbide and silicon carbide seal. When you use liquid(water) including rust, scale and abrasives or coolant for cutting, KRS product should be used with.
