China baseball cap structure:
5 panels baseball cap and 6 panels baseball cap are two comment styles usually. Baseball cap with 6 panels can has a good shape from it’s own structure and it looks very excellent, most famous baseball cap brand companies has a lot of popular caps like this. Baseball cap with 5 panels is similar with 6 panels, with same workmanship with 6 panels, the difference is that some of the baseball cap need to print or embroidery a large design or logo on the cap, so the front panels is combined of 2 panels so that it will be easy to make the logo more flat and keep its shape.

Baseball caps have many designs like normal one, pre-curved peak, front panel with full buckram, woven sandwich peak, you can also have them embroidery on the upper peak and other side of the baseball cap, use the different sandwich, sweatband, inner tap for the cap and different fabric for the baseball cap. You can also have your logo embroidery on the front panel, on the peak, on the side.
