Procedures about register the sole proprietorship business:

1). COLVASS CONSULTING arranges to submit the registration application form to the Business Registration Office and at the same time, make the payment of business registration fee;

2). COLVASS CONSULTING fill out and deliver the registration application form to you;

3). COLVASS CONSULTING collects the Business Registration Certificate and forward it to you;

4). You provide to COLVASS CONSULTING the following information by email or fax:

* Name, residential address and identity card number of the owner (sole proprietor);

* Detailed business address of the proposed sole proprietorship business;

* Proposed name of the sole proprietorship;

5). You sign the application form and return it to COLVASS CONSULTING together with a photocopy of the sole proprietor's identity card by post;

6). You place an order with COLVASS CONSULTING for the registration of sole proprietorship with payment of fees.
