1 Full section: the full section design almost completely eradicates the flow resistance.

4 Abrasion resistant: Xinhai ultra abrasion resistant rubber is manufactured on the basis of our patent----“liquid formula”. The service life of Xinhai rubber is 10～15 times longer than other homemade rubber, and the polyurethane content is 3～6 times more than homemade rubber

5 Durable: Compared with other homemade rubber, Xinhai rubber is extraordinary in terms of durability.

6 Special protecting apparatus for mechanical components: only rubber lining contacts with materials and mechanical components totally avoid such contact, so mechanical components are specially protected.

7 No seal apparatus: since there is no seal apparatus, the clogging problem is thoroughly resolved.

The general design of our product resembles other brands, but the inner design distinguishes our product from other brands. While the screw quickly rotates, the pinch device is driven to approach center line, which improves the security and velocity of valve closing, and reduces the abrasion on rubber pipe. The pump core rubber pipe is made of Xinhai ultra corrosion resistant rubber. Xinhai ultra abrasion resistant rubber is manufactured on the basis of our patent----“liquid formula”. The service life of Xinhai rubber is 10～15 times longer than other homemade rubber, and the polyurethane content is 3～6 times more than homemade rubber. To make things better, Xinhai rubber pump core has the exact same size like other homemade products, which makes Xinhai rubber pump core compatible with other products. The shell is made of cast iron or aluminium alloy.

We provide two kinds of pinch pumps----- LJFI type and LJFII type. LJFI type has its shell made of cast iron or aluminium. Except for the central switch made of metal, the rest of LJFII is made of exposed Xinhai rubber pipe. This configuration greatly lowers the production cost, makes lining replace more convenient, and renders the whole operation process visible for naked eyes.
