Vulcanized base fiber is the critical raw material of vulcanized
 fiber production. Our company possess the unique and stable 
pulping process to guarantee our vulcanized base fiber meet all
 the technical specifications, which laid the foundation for the
 vulcanized fiber production. The vulcanized base fiber are made 
from two types of pulp: chemical refining cotton pulp and the wood mixed refined chemical pulp. It has the quality of good uniformity, high strength, which make it ideal for the production of vulcanized fiber.

1. raw material: 100% cotton; mixed wood and cotton refining pulp;

2. Specifications: 70g/m2、80g/m2、90g/m2、100g/m2、110g/m2、120g/m2

3. Product color: red, brick red, white, grey, dark green, black, or made to order; 

4. Package: roll, with roll width up to 2300mm, roll diameter of 7500 ±5mm
