Roll blank was cast by “China First Heavy Industries” using the import centrifugal composite casting equipment. The roll adopts the high nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy for the outer layer, and the alloy layer thickness is large and uniform, the alloy layer hardness can be HS75-80.Using the through shaft half shaft, forging shaft end patented cold packaging technology, it can processes according to customers’ different requests to the types. Now , with various technical indexes have already reaches or even surpasses foreign standard, our production have been provided for mating with import flaking mills of many company.
