FA-103 Automatic Transformer Tester
l Full-Automatic Tester Once the maximum output voltage or output current is set, without setting the recording step, the device can boost voltage or current from zero for different kinds of tests automatically. Test data are recorded automatically; VA characteristic data, 10% and 5% error curves are drawn; Knee points value are calculated automatically, which saves time for adjusting the voltage, recording and organizing data, and drawing the curve manually, and highly increases the test efficiency. The test result can be stored in the device or printed out on site or after the test. The data can also be accessed through U disk to PC for processing and printing. The whole operation is simple, easy, and convenient.
l Single Power Supply, Convenient Operation Only single input power is needed, 220V or 380V self-adapted.
l U Disk Saving and Serial Port Communication The test data can be transferred to PC through U disk or through RS232 serial port for accessing, displaying, printing and storing the data and the curve report on PC, which is extremely convenient for users.
l Automatic Knee Point Calculation The device can calculate the knee point of CT VA characteristic curve automatically, and set the data length of each step according to the knee point, thus the test curve point is neat and reasonable, and it’s convenient to report.
l Date and Clock The instrument has its own system time, and can record the time when the test starts, for storing and checking the test record conveniently.
l Non-Contact Operation & Highly Safe Fully micro-computerized, tester automatically operate after setting without any manually contact, which can protect operators from the high voltage circuit and assure safety.
l Large Output Capacity The maximum voltage output of the single machine for A-type can reach 1000V/15A, up to 25A in short time, and the maximum current output can reach 750A/5.5V. For B-type, the maximum voltage output of the single machine can reach 1000V/10A, up to 20A in short time, and maximum current can reach 600A/4V.
l Connect with External Booster With external voltage booster connected, the maximum output can reach 2500V, 1.5A, which can be applied for the VA-characteristic test of 500KV/1A protection CT. With external current booster connected, the output can reach 1000A, 4000VA. If users adopt their own boosters, they must use our company’s external signal-sampler for VA-characteristic and ratio test.
l Large-Sized Graphic LCD & Full-Chinesization Graphic Interface VA-characteristic curves and test data are displayed intuitively. With printer on the panel, the device can print the curves and test data at any time.
l Rotary Mouse Operation Photoelectric rotary mouse invented by our company is ready to operate, abolishing all kinds of common units such like the buttons, switches and control handles. Operation is easy and convenient with a long working life.
l High Capacity Data Memory 230 groups of testing data can be stored for all the tests accomplished by single device which will not get lost when power is out. The results can be printed or transferred to PC to store and print. The device also has a function of U disk memory to store the on-site data, applied to store the data unlimitedly.
l Double-Mode Operation The device can accomplish all the tests without connecting external PC. The instrument also has RS232 communication port and U disk port and can be connected with PC to operate. The single device test data can be transferred to PC for storing, displaying, editing and printing.
