Application:

This  HV Transformer Oil Purifier, Insulating Oil Filtration System, Vacuum Oil Treatment Machine is applied to filter various of unqualified insulation oils including aging transformer oil, insulation oil, specially for the power which is above 110KV, mutual inductor oil, switch oil and so on. Also it can inject the insulating oil into the transformers on-line. And it can be with matched Weather Proof Type for outdoor use for raining-proof and dustproof.

Features:

1. Double-stage High Vacuum dehydration and degassing and removing impurities from the used transformer oil.
2. Eliminate acidity, sludge, free carbon, discoloration elements, and other soluble matters in the oil, which decays the transformer.
3. It can vacuum filling oil to transformers, and it can vacuum dry transformers and on-line operation with transformer.   
4. The standard ZYD system is designed for purifying and filtering oils in workshops, in storage tanks or directly in transformers (energized or de-energized transformers).

5. Stainless steel material made for the machine body, which can make prolong the machine's life time more than 10 years.

The oil technical data after treatment: 
1. Gas content is less than 0.1% 
2. Impurity size is less than 1μm without free carbon 

3. Water content is less than 3 part per million
3. Oil dielectric strength (breakdown voltage) is more than 75KV 
4. Acidity value is less than 0.01 mg KOH/g 
5. Dielectric loss factors at 90°C is less than 0.001 

We manufacture plants of variable capacities of 600 to 18000 lph which can be customized to special capacities if required by the clients. This plant takes the impure oil into the system through the vacuum system. A filter prior to this removes solid particles up to 1mm size and magnetic particles. After heating the oil up to 40-60°c it passes through the cartridge filters, where particles up to 1-5 microns are filtered. A specially designed vacuum chamber removes moisture, air and all the gases with the help of vacuum. The oil falls by way of gravity over the media inside forming a thin film of oil, exposing a larger surface area. The dissolved moisture and gases are evacuated and the oil is ready.

Advantages
It's a new-type of high effective vacuum oil purifier with the duplex 3D stereo-evaporation technology and G technology. Also it adopts the technology, which remove the impurities  through double FH trapezoidal network and absorbing by high polymer without the mechanical power. So it's five or eight times as effective as the common vacuum oil purifiers, the consumption of energy is least and it's doesn't need other wearing materials.
