Composite parts:
Bolt, nut, washer, inside sleeve flange, corrugated, back plate flange, outside plate flange, outside sleeve, flow mark, block ting, rubber sealring, inside sleeve

Material list:
1)Flange: Q235 Flat steels, angles
2)Inner and outside rubber layer: Natural and synthetic rubber
3)Reinforcing layer: Glue fiber febric
4)Inside Sleeve: Q235, A3
5)Outside sleeve: Q235, A3
6)Sealring: Natural rubber and synthetic rubber

Features:
1) reasonable structure, good elasticity, large range of compensation pipeline and little counterforce to the brackets of pipeline.
2) shock absorption and noise decrese, heat and dust insulation
3) the displacement can be deflected to prevent damage caused by subsidence of connected brackets and equipment base.
4) it is convenience to installation and maintenance
5) good resistance to milling, heat, aging and corrosion
6) little resistance and little weight, each performance is better than the compensation device of other materials
7) the temperature range of media is wide: -40° C~-150° C
