Class type ：  Imported polyurethane emulsion

Range of application ：  Apply to the board or other wood products hot blister adhesion between rubber and PVC, can be widely used in speakers, cabinets, embossed door, computer desk, office table, thermal vacuum forming PVC decorative sheet, profiles, etc.

Product features :   adopts advanced polyurethane raw materials, compared with other types of products, higher bonding strength;

Has good weather resistance, resistance to high and low temperature performance good;

Safe environmental protection, and contains no toxin and harm the ozone layer material, Rhos standard;

Can choose to add curing agent, namely has higher adhesive strength after heat activation.

Solid content: 53 + / - 2%

PH: 6-8 –

Operating conditions :   the glue can be used in different vacuum blister equipment.

Thermal activation temperature requirements :   52 ℃ or higher

Note: do not mix with other adhesive is used.

You are the direct sunlight in the sun and the damp environment, or long-term, exposed to air.

Packing :   20 kg / 30 kg plastic cans.

Protect quality issue:   unopened original packaging, in the usual dry, cool conditions, since the date of production with good quality for six months.
