XNE Pressurized heat pipe solar water heater is different from normal stainless steel solar water heater, it adopts the high-quality Porcelain Enamel inner tank. As the Porcelain Enamel inner tank has no contacting point, no leakage, long life, it is manufactured by choosing special qualified porcelain enamel steel plate and integrated stretching one time molding process and no wire automatic plasma welding. Meanwhile being introduced recent technology from Germany, it melts special silicon compound after baking at 900°C and inner tank steel wall and forms special blue Enameled steel inner tank. It features no corrosion forever, no leakage forever, no scale forever, no shrunken by pumping, no broken by pressing, etc. Particularly it is suitable for salina, seawater, deep well at different region. A magnesium anode protects against corrosion and the environmentally sound thermal tank insulation is also highly efficient against standing heat loss. Immersion electric boosted element with regulation thermostat is able to safely supply the hot water around the clock. The P/T Valve ensure the solar water heater safety and long working life.
The system can be equipped with the optional computerized controller SR609 to ensure electric heating system to supply all-day hot water .
