The total thickness is fixed at 28±0.5mm, and the three layers of veneers in the surface layer and the bottom layer are each. The billet structure is longitudinal along the grain, and the 17 veneers in the sandwich layer are the billet structure with adjacent grains perpendicular to each other.

Compared with the existing container floor plywood composed of 19 veneers, this new structure of container floor plywood has significantly improved elastic modulus and static bending strength ratio.

 It is qualified in the pressure box test of a 7.26 ton trolley, the rate has increased significantly.
