Function

Basic configuration：

1. Electrical control：PLC control system 

2. Machine configuration：

①bag given device: Every time you can lay 100-300 pieces bag to the bag given area. The bags will be sent one by one through the motor. The angle of adjustment is suited for the top spout bag making and the side spout bag making.

②Automatic spout delivery device: The spout will be caught to sent by the manipulator and the orientation is setting fastly and nicety.

③Semi-manufactured goods delivery device：The bags will be moved fastly at the journey of which have been setting and the orientation will be set nicely.

④Shock tray and spout guided device：The spout will be delivered in one direction and arrange trimly, the sound is quiet and the speed is fast.

⑤Auto spout sealing device：Use the pneumatic method to heat seal bag with spout two times and cooling once. That can insure the spout bag can be seal firmly and perfect.

⑥Finished Products delivery device：The finished products will be sent out by the delivery belt after being cool.

⑦Machine Airframe：The machine airframe is made by steel
