Structure features

It compares with floating type ball valve, the force, from fluid pressure on ball body behind of valve in pipeline under working, all transports to upper and lower bearings, the ball body cannot move, the valve is sealed by spring and medium pressure pushing valve seat, so the valve seat cannot bear too much pressure, and Model Q47 fixed type ball valve seat is with small deformation, light operation toque, reliable operation performance and long service life. Model Q47 fixed type ball valve can be divided into two-block type and three-block type valve body structures, each valve has two valve seats, each direction can be sealed, so there is no flow direction limit, it is the two-directional valve, the medium flange is connected by stud, the sliding bearings are set on upper and lower valve rods, then it can reduce friction and operate energy-savingly and stably. The bottom of small shaft sets with adjusting washer to ensure the contact position of ball body and sealing ring. Sealing ring adopts polytetrafluroethylene inserting into stainless steel sealing seat, the back of valve seat sets with spring to ensure pre-load of valve seat under low pressure and sealing. The vale seat spring preloads assembly, it is with self-tightening feature and upstream sealing.
