PH: 6-7 (1% of aqueous liquor)
Stability: stable in the hard water and weak acid, except in the alkalinity.
[Characteristics]
1 The textiles have good effect on intercepting the ultraviolet rays after processing, and the PTF can reach 50+, the color fastness to sunlight can reach 3.5-4.
2 Decrease color fading, and enhance the sunlight fastness of acidic dye.
3 The JR-C appropriates for car seat fabric, curtain, decorate fabric and clothes etc.
4 The affinity of purified cotton, fur and Dacron can be absorbed in high temperature dyeing.
5 Excellent stable emulsify, leveling and migration.
[Usage]
Afterfinish padding:
1 Rinse the pending textiles so as to remove the alkali.
2 Add water into the finishing liquor, and form standard working liquor based on the weight ratio of 1.5%-2.5%, and then stir very well.
3 The pending textiles → standard padding finishing liquor (make up the finishing liquor base on 2%-3%, and make the padding residual rate reach above 70%) → drying (110℃)
Attention: Don’t mix with fluorescent dye, and dispose the fabric that contains fluorescent brightener, or will change the color and become yellow. Please do test before use it.
[Package & Storage]
Net 125KG per plastic drum, and store in the cool and hermetic for 6 months.
