Two-axes CNC strip feeding machine for thermal break aluminum
Product Description
Processing method: Profiles with teeth---strip insertion
Function:
1.
Insert thermal barrier strip into aluminum profile.
2.
Adopting four special gear wheels and using the guiding slot improves the accuracy of
feeding thermal barrier strip in slot of aluminum profile.
Features:
1.Stand with 2 insertion heads, each head is driven by each motor.
2.Each insertion heads with one drive-motor, adjustable horizontally and vertically by CNC.
3.4 tempered feeding wheels, frequency converter to vary the feeding speed
4.Insulating bar guides made of special steel
5.Changeable steel fingers for precise profile centration
6.Pedal switch
7.Variable feeding speed with frequency converter
8.With the function of electric cut, the machine can cut off the strip under the control of electric,
which is applicable for the factory of high production.
9.EMS computer memory system can store different programs for different profiles for
processing.
10. Values of horizontal width of each insertion head, the whole vertical height of two insertion
heads, and rotating speed of the motor is showed clearly on the color touch screen. Afile with
the same name of the processing profile could be created according to edit and store the three
values. Find out the file from menu “product library” when processing the same profile, adjust the three equipment parts to the place by computer at the same time, which is more
convenient and efficient in processing various aluminum profiles.
