GV-800 hank to cone winding mahcine is used for winding of cotton, wool, silk, linen or chemical fiber yarn. Slow start with stepless speed regulation by full inverter control, winding length setting and full package stop at each spindle. As a single drivemachine, yarn tension can be perfectly controlled through overfeed device at each spindle. Excellent formation of yarn package built up by unique bi-conical high speed precision winding with anti-rigid edge and anti-overlap can meet the high requirement of yarn unwinding in downstream process.Technical Features
1. Single drive for each spindle.
1) Individual on and off for each spindle.
2) Automatic stop at any spindle when the yarn breaks or the package is full.
3) Winding length setting.
2. The yarn is waxed more evenly by electric automatic waxing device.
3. Hank creel circumference 1100-1800mm adjustable.
4. Yarn tension of each spindle can be perfectly controlled through overfeed device and yarn tensioner.
5. Slow start with stepless speed regulation by full inverter control at each spindle. Winding speed 50-800m/min continuously adjustable.
6. Excellent formation of yarn package built up by unique bi-conical high speed precision winding with anti-rigid edge and anti-overlap can meet the high requirement of yarn unwinding in downstream process.
