    The fully automatic turntable eyeglass frame pad printer is a highly efficient automated pad printing equipment specially used for printing eyeglass frames:

Structural composition
• Turntable system: driven by a high-precision divider, the workstations are evenly distributed, which can achieve smooth rotation and precise positioning of the eyeglass frames, and provide a stable working platform for pad printing operations.
• Pad printing system: including printing rubber head, sealing oil cup, printing plate, etc. The printing rubber head transfers the ink from the printing plate to the surface of the eyeglass frame, the sealing oil cup stores the ink and scrapes off the excess ink, and the printing plate is etched with the pattern or text to be printed.

• Loading and unloading system: The loading system can use vibration plate loading, conveyor belt feeding, etc. to transport the eyeglass frames to the turntable workstation in an orderly manner. After the pad printing is completed, the unloading system can automatically collect or transport the finished glasses frames to the designated location to achieve fully automated production.

• Control system: Generally, PLC control is adopted, with a touch screen operation interface, which can accurately control parameters such as turntable rotation, rubber head lifting, pad printing time and ink supply. It also has functions such as fault alarm and production data statistics to ensure stable operation of the equipment and consistency of production quality.

Working principle

When working, the feeding system sends the glasses frames to the turntable station, and the turntable rotates to make the glasses frames reach the pad printing position. The rubber head in the pad printing system dips the ink from the printing plate and transfers it to the surface of the glasses frames. After the pad printing is completed, the turntable continues to rotate, and the unloading system collects or sends away the pad-printed glasses frames, and the cycle is repeated to achieve continuous production.
