Product Description
How it Works:
The Open Mouth Bagger is installed on the fill spout, and rests in the bag chair mechanism. When the clamshell gate opens, product gravity flows into the bag. When the bag has reached the designated weight, the clamshell gate closes, and the bag can be removed.
For free-flowing, granular materials and pellets
Fertilizer, Corn, Soybeans, Salt, Sugar
Sand, Limestone, Refractory Materials, Plastic Pellets
Fill open mouth bags
Fill rate of 1 – 10 bags / minute
Product flows by gravity from hopper into feed inlet at top of machine.
Product then flows through gravity gate, into a funnel spout and then into an open mouth bag.
No air or electricity required for basic operation.
Automatic gross weighing filler that simultaneously fills and weighs product directly into the bag.
Includes machine controls, scale, dust collection, bag clamp and more
