Frame Instruction:
1) It is an inductive voltage transformer which the insulation material is SF6 gas.
2 The bushing of the voltage transformer is made by silicon rubber or porcelain. There are some aluminum electrodes inside the voltage transformer, to improve the electric field distribution inside the voltage transformer.
3) There is a pressure relief device at the top of the voltage transformer, when the pressure is more than 0.8MPa if the voltage transformer is discharge inside, the relief device will be broken to release the pressure and sendan alarm information.
4) There is a SF6 density monitor fix at the base, it can indicate the SF6 pressure which inside the voltage transformer (its indicated value is the SF6 pressure at 20℃), and it will provide an information when the SF6 pressure is drop down to the minimum service pressure of the voltage transformer, to remind the user replenish the SF6 gas to the rated pressure.
5) The secondary terminals block is casted by epoxy resin, the frame of the secondary terminals box is a seal structure, and it suits for outdoor.
6) The nominal capacitance C2N of the capacitor voltage divider which type OM110/ 3 -0.01D for the capacitor voltage transformer is 0.0211695μF and connected with the primary of electromagnetic unit from the bottom of the divider.
7) Electromagnetic unit
The electromagnetic unit is assembled by an intermediate transformer, compensating reactor, a damping device and a surge arrester in a case; it is the base of the capacitor voltage divider.
