DSYK IC card prepayment controller is a smart prepayment controller which uses our own chip technology, and take integrated circuit card to pay the bill and control media. Besides the function for meter reading with RS485 or pulse interface, it also has function for prepayment management, over load control, remote meter reading and etc.
