Density: Round shot 7.9g/cucm;  As cut: 7.8g/cucm
Size:0.3mm-1.0mm   Others size can be customized by your requirement.
Hardness:400-600HV

Produced by adopting the Drawing into wire, cutting, grinding into roundness and other refined procedures. Appearance is bright, no rust, round grain/as cut shape (conditioned, as cut). 

Widely used for cleaning, deburring, surface improvement, shot blasting, shot peening of Aluminium, Non Ferrous Metals, Zinc Alloys, Stainless Steel precision etc..  it makes the surface of workpiece matte finishing after processing, highlights the metal colour and no rust, what’s more, it needn’t acid treatment and rust removal. Abrasion resistance of stainless steel shot is 3-5 times greater than cast steel shot, reduce producing cost.

Stainless steel shot-(casting/atomized) from 0.05mm to 1.0mm (material include SUS304,SUS302,SUS201,SUS430).         
Stainless steel cut wire shot size from 0.3mm to 2.5mm, shape as cut and conditioned round, material include SUS304,SUS302,SUS202,SUS430,SUS410.
Zinc shot and zinc cut wire shot, size available: 0.6mm-3.5mm, shape as cut and conditioned round, with Hardness 45-60HV and Hardness 35-60HV used for shot blasting and galvanization industry. 
Aluminum cut wire shot and aluminum round shot(size available: 0.6mm-3.5mm) with A1070 and 5056,5052,5154 and A1050 , 1100 material.  hardness: 65-125HV   
Carbon steel cut wire shot (from 0.25mm to 2.0mm) shape including as cut(cylindrical) and conditioned（round shape）.
Copper shot and copper cut wire shot: 0.3mm-2.0mm, 0.3mnm-2.5mm kind of material include brass shot(Cu:62%) and copper shot (Cu:99.99%)
