Our high temperature vacuum furnace is consist of furnace body,vacuum set and control system;

It is designed according to the user’s requirements.

Furnace Structure

Double wall structure: Round and horizontal, flat open head door in the front, head flange at the back;

Polishing for the furnace interior wall and coating for the exterior;

Loading platform at the bottom of furnace,to set furnace gall and insulation materials; 

There is a stand which can be placed directly on the ground; 

The furnace body is manufactured according to ASME Section VII Div.1 and leak detected by Vacuum Helium Mass Spectrograph. 

Vacuum System

The system is not suitable to exhaust the gas which has a corrosive effect on metal or has a chemical reaction with the pump oil. 

Pneumatic valves are used,easy to operate.

Controlled atmosphere: Available 

Vacuum Control

Vacuum control part adopts the latest pneumatic control combined with our company's self-developed industrial touch-screen control,provided with automatic and manual conversion devices.

The entire control section can also be installed computer remote control system. You can operate and monitor through the remote office LAN. And this will ensure the professional and technical personnel to control the products quality during the production.
