one、Equipment Introduction

This machine is mainly from the rack, electrical control system, solenoid valves, pneumatic components, into the bags system, capping systems, system components out of the bottle bags. Its work program by Siemens / Mitsubishi compact field-programmable controller, using time sequence control, work procedures at the factory setting. Mainly used in pouches, perfume, incense water, nail polish and other small bags or glass bottles, aluminum bottle, iron bottle sealing cap (gland).
The equipment is mainly running process: bagging bracket (Bottle Unscrambler mechanism) → Counting → Siemens / Mitsubishi PLC controller programming control → send bags (bottles) → check bags (bottles) → management cover transportation device management cover → cover → spin (pressure) cover → Out Bag (bottle) → artificial boxed.

feeding Bag System

Feeding bags system made of high quality 304 stainless steel frame, designed slot opening width is 12cm, bracket position is fixed into the bags, front and rear adjustable form.

Seized bottles or bags system
Infrared/laser detection device bottle
