Flatbed UV Printer Konica KM1024/512 UV Printhead EC-HF2518 

EC-HF2518 Flatbed UV Printer is a kind of Large Format UV Printer mainly used to print images on flatbed materials. The images designed on the computer can be printed out as their original shape. The maximum printing size of this Flatbed UV Printer is 2.44m X 1.50m. 

Features of EC-HF2518 Flatbed UV Printer 

Our EC-HF2518 Flatbed UV Printer can print images on all kinds of flatbed materials. Such as glass, acrylic, PVC foam board, ceramic, aluminum composited panel, corrugated board, aluminum sheet, metal, wave board, wood, MDF, ceiling, wall paper, corrugated paper, timely paste, canvas, leather, etc. Special treatment to flatbed materials is unnecessary. The maximum printing material thickness is 100mm. The printing effect is very good and the images are firmly printed on the panels, This ensures that the printing effect can be well preserved for a long time without fading(indoor for 10 years and outdoor for 3 years. ) 

Advantages: 

1. Higher Speed Plus Higher Resolution, with Konica 512-14pl or 1024-14pl head in optional, which can reach to1440dpi*1440dpi resolution, fast speed can reach to 58sqm/hr. 

2. Double circulations for white color: One small circulation is the pump stir the ink bottle, another big circulation is from the ink sub tank to the ink bottle, it is efficient to prevent white ink curing before printing. 

3. We have separate negative pressure system for ink of C M Y K LC Lm W + V, which completely guarantee no ink fall on printed material. 

4. Color Management: ICC international standard, adjustment curves, density adjustment 

5. Automatic height testing function: The machine can test the material height automatically. There is vacuum sucking platform with the machine. 

6. Printhead control and protection system: Temperature & voltage are adjustable by software; Anti-crash system can protect the print head., which protect the expensive printhead from being damaged.

7. Solid Mechanical structures: The X-axial guide rail is imported from Japan THK and Taiwan PMI. Which is more stable than the belt transmission to prevent of the belt will get loose after half years usage. The Y-axial we use double screw pole for transmission.
