The clear conductive polyimide release film gives excellent release with a surface resistance ~10^6 ohm. In other words, the amber color polyimide release film is capable of suppressing any electrostatic buildup upon lamination and peeling. This PI-based release film is made by Evervictory Acutech Corporation`s proprietary ICP surfacing technology with absolutely zero loading of carbon black and surfactants. With the exceptional mechanical properties of PI, this conductive ESD PI Release Film can sustain processing temperature as high as 250 degree C without degrading ESD protection. It is also particularly suitable for tab spacer tapes and conveyor tapes for high temperature application where tribocharging needs to be suppressed completely for in-situ device protection.
