1. Summary
The main structure of drum vibrating screen is sieve cylinder. It is made up of several circular mesh and it is inclined state with the ground. The external is sealed by sealing isolation cover in order to prevent environmental pollution. Sieve cylinder can rotate under a certain speed by speed deceleration system and materials will be separated by sieve cylinder from top to bottom. Fine materials discharge from the bottom part of the front of sieve cylinder. Coarse materials discharge from the end part on the bottom of sieve cylinder. Drum vibrating screen can have comb sieve institutions. In the process of screening, it can achieve the effect of cleaning screen body uninterruptedly by relative movement of comb sieve institutions and drum sieve cylinder. Then sieve cylinder will keep clean, non-stick, non-clogging, not affect the sieve effect in the whole working process from beginning to the end.
Drum vibrating screen can be graded 1-4 from fine to coarse according to different grading requirements. Materials from fine to coarse will be sieved from the first mesh to the last. Materials which are bigger than the last screen mesh will discharge from discharge port.

Characteristics
Drum vibrating screen is widely used in all kinds of materials screening. No matter it is fault coal, coal slime or soot and other materials, drum vibrating screen can sieve them smoothly.
The feeding inlet of our drum vibrating screen can be designed according to site requirements. No matter it is belt, funnel or other inlet methods, drum vibrating screen can feed smoothly without taking special measures.
This equipment can have comb sieve institutions. In the process of sieving, no matter how dirty and miscellaneous the materials are in the sieve cylinder, they can be screened, thereby improving screening efficiency of the equipment.
In the same size, the circle area is larger than the area of the other shape. So, the screening effective area is bigger so that materials can fully touch screen mesh. Then the screening amount will be larger per unit time. Also, its structure is simple and layout is convenient so that it is easy to large-scale.
The motor power of our drum vibrating screen is small. It is one half or one third of other screens. The run time is only one half of other screens when dealing with the same amount of materials. So, it is low energy consumption.
The whole sieve cylinder can be sealed by sealing isolation cover so that it can clear thoroughly the phenomenon of dust explosion, massive stars splashing and so on in the process of screening circulation. Thus, it can avoid pollution of the working environment.
When drum vibrating screen is in operation, the rotary speed is small and it is isolated from the outside world by sealing isolation cover. Thus, noise cannot be passed to the external and can reduce the noise of equipment.
Drum vibrating screen is made up of several circular mesh. Its total screening area is much larger than the other screens. Also, it has high screening efficiency and short running time. So, it has a longer service life, less wearing parts and small amount of maintenance.
The top of sealing isolation cover can be opened. And it does not affect the normal operation of the machine. So, it is very convenient to maintain.
