This extrusion machine is used for recycling and pelletizing of various of plastic film, thin sheet, chemical fiber, non-woven fabrics and so on.
Material feeder system: adopt force feeder, maximize extruder functional performance and stabilize motor load.
Extruder: adopt super quality material, hard gear-flank and high torque gearbox so as to ensure stable operation and low noise. Equipped with professional screw and air vent design to ensure high output and economic energy cost.
Screen filter: all kinds of oil pressure single-stage, double-stage as well as double flow-channel non-stop screen changers are available according to different clients' demand. It can be changed fast with low cost.
Forming die head: interchanging type die lips can change the extruding hole quantity according to different plastic material and capacity so as to ensure high quality product.
